 Stuffed Salmon with Crab Meat

Salmon Ingredients 

Avocado Oil (drizzle until fully coated)

1 lb Salmon

1tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning 

1 tbsp Cajun or Old bay seasoning 

1/2 tsp Smoked paprika 

1 stick of Butter (melted)


Crab Ingredients 

1 pound crab meat (lump or jumbo lump)

1 tbsp Old bay seasoning 

1 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning

1/2 cup mayo

1tbsp yellow mustard 

1tbsp hot sauce

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/3 cup crumbled crackers or stuffing


This is how it should look uncooked before putting into the oven.

Directions 

Salmon: Cut the salmon slab into two pieces then split the middle not going all the way through. Place salmon in the middle of a glass baking dish. Season the salmon with all ingredients. Slice bell peppers and place them on the side of the salmon as an edible garnish.


Crab: Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl and fold in the crab meat. Scoop out crab meat and place it on top of the salmon between the split.


Baking 

Preheat oven to 375 F. Place stuffed crab salmon into the oven and cook for 25 minutes. Safely take out the oven and pour melted butter on top of the entire dish. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.


This is how it should look cooked when you take it out of the oven.
