Bahama Breeze's Jamaican Jerk Grilled Chicken Wings Recipe ❤️ easy to make.


  • 3 cups Caribbean jerk marinade (your favorite)
  • 3 tablespoons garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 tablespoons scallions, sliced
  • 5 lbs whole chicken wings, thawed
  • Jamaican Jerk Spice (dry rub/ as needed)

“Marinade the Wings”

  • Mix in a bowl (garlic, thyme, ground allspice, water, scallions).
  • Add Chicken Wings to a bowl and cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour.
“Cook the Wings”
  • Remove from refrigerator and apply Jamaican Jerk Spice (dry rub/ as needed)
  • Lay wings on a sheet pan with the wingtips face down.
  • Bake the wings at 400ºF for 40 - 45 minutes or until fully cooked and crispy.


Slice 4 pineapples into a thin disc and Serve.
