Creamy Garlic Sauce:
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
• 2 cups milk (or half-and-half for richer sauce)
• ½ cup heavy cream
• ½ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
Topping:
• 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Season grilled chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

Arrange steamed broccoli evenly in the baking dish. Top with grilled chicken.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant.

Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute to remove raw flour taste.

Slowly whisk in milk and cream. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, 4–5 minutes.

Season sauce with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Pour creamy garlic sauce evenly over chicken and broccoli.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.
