Ingredients Dough:

  • 3 cups All-purpose Flour (your choice)
  • 2 Tsp. Baking powder
  • 1/2 Tsp. Salt
  • 1 cup or 1 stick Butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup. milk or half & half
  • 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Ingredients for Icing:
  • 1 pack of Icing (Use your favorite icing)
  • Food coloring (4 pack of colors blue, green, red, yellow) or your favorite colors

Directions/ Baking:
  • Preheat the oven to 350. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone baking mats and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together separately wet ingredients and dry ingredients. Then mix wet and dry ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Divide the dough in half. (Please note if the dough is too soft, add flour and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Then cut out and bake)

  • Apply icing and decorations to the sugar cookies.
  • Let cookies sit for 10 minutes with icing before eating them.
