Almond Flour Banana Bread Recipe

If you love banana bread, this recipe is easy to make and perfect to pair with a cup of coffee or a cold glass of milk in the morning. Banana bread tastes like a savory treat with hints of nuts, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Ingredients: (wet)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 tbs Vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs Honey

Ingredients: (dry)

  • 1 tbs ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups of Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Baking soda


  1. Whisk all the dry ingredients together, then whisk all wet ingredients together
  2. Combine all wet and dry ingredients into one bowl.
  3. Transfer the batter to a small loaf pan, parchment-lined and greased.
  4. Bake the almond flour banana bread for 40-50 minutes at 350°F. Baking time would depend on your oven. When it's done, insert a  toothpick in the middle of the loaf that should come out dry.
  5. When the banana bread comes out the oven it will be very hot. Cool the bread completely for 5-15 minutes before enjoying it.
