 Spicy Sriracha Turkey Meatball Recipe

I love Sriracha on everything but this Spicy Sriracha Turkey Meatball Recipe is the best and ❤️ easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. ground turkey breast
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ¼ cup onions, finely diced
• 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
• ½ tsp. black pepper
• 1-2 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp. Sriracha Sauce

Directions: Combine all ingredients and mix by hand. Do not overmix. Shape into small fork-size balls. Heat a skillet and spray with cooking spray. Cook mini meatballs until browned and done (an internal temperature of 160°F).
